I went in at about 8:30 this morning and waited and waited and waited. Finally at 10:00, someone showed up and at 10:15 my boss showed up and I said that I was leaving and I would come back but only after I received my pay in full. His only response was that he understood and he is working on getting all of it together.
Then I left!!

Good job Dave! I still recommend you follow through with the other options. Remember you have already been extremely understanding for 3 months. You don't need to be understanding anymore, even if he is being nice...

ReplyDeleteI agree with George to follow through on the other options. Getting a call from workforce services, an attorney, or better business bureau will let him know that you are serious, you have a backbone, and you are not going to let him continue to screw you. Good luck. I know you can do it.
